HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

UPS Ground shipping within the US is FREE on qualified orders. If you need an order delivered quicker than UPS ground, expedited freight charges will be incurred.

DO YOU CHARGE SET-UP CHARGES?

We charge a nominal set up fee of $10.00 per color.

DO YOU SELL BLANK PRODUCTS?

Yes, all of our products are available blank. Go to the PRODUCTS page and select the item, get an online quote for pricing and check-out. Contact us if you have any questions.

DO YOU OFFER OTHER BRANDS THAN WHAT IS LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?

We have access to virtually any brand apparel in our industry. If you want a certain brand, just e-mail us or call for a quote.

CAN YOU MIX THE STYLE AND COLOR OF PRODUCTS IN ONE ORDER?

YES! As long as the imprint color and design stay the same, you can choose different garment colors and different garment styles. If the imprint color changes, you will incur a $10.00 charge per change.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF ITEMS I CAN ORDER?

The minimum is 12 pieces for screen printing and embroidery. There is a smaller minimum for our specialty items like robes.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR PMS COLOR MATCHES?

We will match PMS colors as close as possible for FREE.

WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIME?

We ship printed items in 5 days after art is approved. We offer a rush service if we have room on our production schedule for a fee. If you need it quicker than 5 days, just specify and we will contact you.

Rush fees are 10% of the order or $25.00 whichever is greater. Expedited freight charges may be necessary on rush orders. Our goal is to produce and ship every order as soon as possible. Embroidered items require additional time. Speak with your sales representative if you have a specific in hand date.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Any order canceled will be charged a 20% restocking charge plus any art charges if applicable. The 20% restocking charge is based on the total amount of the order. Example, if your order total is $200.00, the charge for cancellation will be $40.00. The difference of the total order amount less any cancellation charges will be credited back to the credit card used when you placed the order.

IS IT SAFE TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We use high grade 128 bit encryption for processing orders and store credit card information using industry standard 1024-bit encryption to protect your privacy. We also allow you to provide your credit card number via phone after you've placed an online order if you prefer to not give out your card number over the internet.

CAN I GET A BLANK SAMPLE OF THE ITEM I WANT TO ORDER?

Yes! For a nominal fee, we will ship a sample to you. When you place your order, we will credit the amount you paid for the sample, including the shipping charges, so the sample is actually FREE!
